Our modern contact center facilities provide a productive workspace that ensures constant flow of communication for better collaboration, coaching, and overall peer support. Our training room is equipped to provide effective delivery of training modules to employees. For some well-deserved downtime, on-site break rooms and employee lounges provide a relaxing workplace balance.
 

Teamwork

Working together is the key to success at AB Global. We strive to assist our teams to meet both personal and company goals. Establishing a team atmosphere allows for open communication and peer support at all times within and across teams. Managers and supervisors are always available to train and coach, ensuring employees are provided with the best education and guidance.

Extracurricular

All employees are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities to experience the complete AB Global culture. AB Global organizes events and efforts throughout the year, though many are driven by our own employees. These often bring our sense of family and of being a team to a new level.
